. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, the balance paid four weeks prior to arrival.
. Total payment is required if the reservation is within four weeks of the arrival date.
. Written cancellation notice of four weeks is required for payment to be credited against a future stay within six months of the reservation, otherwise forfeited unless the entire period is rebooked by others.
. Holiday plans can be affected by influences beyond your control.
. It is suggested that you purchase domestic travel insurance through a travel agency.
. Credit card details must be provided and shown if requested or a STIPULATED cash bond may be held.
. Payment is required for any repair or replacement of damaged or lost household effects, fittings or furniture during the period of occupancy.
. The premises must be maintained and left as found, clean and tidy. If warranted, an excess cleaning fee can be charged. All dishes to be washed and dried and put away. A fee starting at $50 plus will be charged to re-arrange moved furniture.
. The number of guests must not exceed those stated on this form.
. Guest conduct must not be of nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers.
. No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to guests' personal property or personal property left on the premises.
. Smoking is not permitted indoors and no pets allowed. Fish are not to be cleaned nor oysters opened on the premises.
. The viewing of premises is advised before booking. Any verbal description is given in good faith and to the best of our ability.
. We take no responsibility and can offer no refund for alleged miss-description.
